I think Tempest deserve 5 stars and more. The photo I have uploaded was taken 2 weeks after I started, for someone who has previously worked in companies who do not see the importance of team building and making everybody feel important, as individuals. This was a big thing for me. Knowing your hard work is paying off and being rewarded for them, having the teams congratulate one another. This is not a competition, we are one big team. I was never one who saw excitement in working in the City, but I took the plunge and I am so pleased I did. I cannot imagine working anywhere else with such a great bunch of people. :) :) :) More...
