Sherryn helped me out with a fairly last minute request to make my daughter’s 5th birthday cupcakes. I sent her the invitation and she did the rest, coming up with beautiful princess and superhero designs. The flavour combinations you can choose from are fab...the funfetti sponge filled with mini smarties and candyfloss buttercream were an absolute hit with the kids...and the adults! I gave Sherryn a brief of “colourful dinosaurs” for my little boy’s 1st birthday. And she came up with this!!! It was perfect. As predicted, he was a little underwhelmed. But everyone else loved it. I have had the pleasure of knowing Sherryn for some time, and I was delighted when she agreed to bake a surprise birthday cake for my wife. The brief I gave was simply "Tinkerbell and Gin" and after asking a few questions the wheels were put in motion. The result was a truly fantastic lemon, lime and gin cake that I could never have imagined myself. The decoration was superb and the taste amazing with the cake having the desired effect and helping to make my wife's birthday that little bit extra special.
