What kind of accounting services do you provide?
Sherlock & Co provide a variety of services all of which help our clients in different ways. We are a general practice of Chartered Accountants who look after all sorts of individuals and businesses.

Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Accountants deal with a range of individuals and business and therefore, they will see businesses that are really well run and others, that are not. Therefore, Accountants are good at being able to point out how things can be done better or in a more efficient way. In addition, a good Accountant should be able to help an individual or a business plan to keep tax to a minimum and/or provide advice on how to deal with red-tape and various legislations.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be my own boss and be able to do things my-own way. I also thrive on helping business owners get what they deserve.

My firm goes above and beyond to help individuals achieve their dreams personal or business. If we do not have the knowledge within our organisation, we will likely know someone who does and therefore, more often than not, we can help our clients.

We can service clients remotely whether that is using Online Meeting Platforms, post, email or phone. One way or another, we can help.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have asked some of our staff to work from home so that we can spread out in our office. Face masks can be worn and hand sanitizer is provided at reception.
