When viewing my requirements to supply a quote, honest appraisal of what was possible was provided. Items sourced for completion of the work were to my specification and supplied for final approval before fitting. The staff who attended to do the job arrived as per the timescale advised in the excellent pre fitting contract information. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, considerate and tidy. They communicated the process and timescales for completion at regular intervals. The gas engineer Robbie who did the work was very friendly, flexible with access requirements and did a quality job. Every member of the team were courteous and professional and the boiler was fitted with minimal mess and inconvenience. There was a slight hiccup with the necessity of a new thermostat, totally my fault but was sorted for me immediately. Rob very quickly got back to us and arranged for one of his team to come out the following morning. The Engineer righted the fault straightaway. He clearly explained the process to us and gave us useful information on how the boiler and central heating system worked. (Having recently moved house, we were not used to this type of boiler). The Engineer didn’t rush us and was very helpful and professional in explaining the workings of the system. Rob sent a follow up text the following day to ensure everything was OK with the boiler.
