Able to collate full submission packages by outsourcing consultant reports (e.g. tree surveys, ecological reports, ground contamination reports, structural appraisals, flood risk assessments and Planning Statements/ Heritage Statements etc.)
Space Planning
Experienced in remodelling interior layouts including kitchen design, staircase design and general room layouts/circulation space relationships.
Building Regulation Submissions
Once planning permission is granted - providing a working drawing package for pricing/tender stage and Building Control submission. Specification of materials and building performance fabrics.
Measured Building Surveys
Conducting measured building surveys of existing buildings for production of existing floorplans and elevations. Outsourcing topographic surveys and more complex point cloud surveys to third party specialists for use when producing accurate design proposals.
