I work with both Key Workers and Individuals with their Self-Care and Wellbeing challenges. I help them to improve Confidence, Self-Love and also practise Self-Compassion.
Most of my clients are at a point where they are stuck, overwhelmed and often close to burn out. Learning to love and prioritise themselves isn’t always easy. We all know you can’t give from and empty cup, so I actively help my client’s find way’s to keep them topped up.
For some people, it’s about learning coping strategies and ways to get unstuck. For others it’s about becoming more focussed on their own goals, whilst juggling life’s challenges or responsibilities of being a Carer. Maybe they just want to re-discovering who they are without labels.
