What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping women fulfill their potential at work. You are all so capable but often just don't believe in yourself and I love being able to give you the confidence and self-belief to take that next step.
It is so rewarding when I see my clients successfully navigate their careers and get a better job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the corporate world for 34 years from a school leaver at 16 to becoming a senior leader. I was made redundant in 2020 and when I thought about what I wanted to do next, I realised that the thing I had enjoyed most at work was helping other people develop themselves.
So, rather than find another corporate job, I chose to set up my own coaching business where I help women climb the ladder. It is the best decision I could have made.
