Quantifying materials list ,Setting out, digging, laying of foundation and building up to dimensions that you require.
Pointing/jointing
Raking out 22.5mm (1inch) of perpendiculars, cleaning out and washing down, mixing mortar to the correct specification and applying it to the raked out area with a finish suitable for your weathered walls
Structures
All Brickwork/blockwork structures in all types of bonds ''half bond, flemish, english bond, garden wall,ETC'' from foundations up to DPC and from there up to wallplate. These will include passing off with Regulation Inspectors if necessary for the structure of work.
Brickwork/Blockwork Repair
As an example;
damaged lintel over window creating sag in brickwork. propped inside under joists and propped to an adequate pitch for brickwork to reduce movement/stress, removal of bricks/blocks, applying new lintel and built to specification.
