Been working with Shane on a 1 to 1 online as I don’t have time to go into a gym weekly due to busy schedules he has set up a workout programme for me to do at home in free time and if there is anything I’m not keen on or want to change he does that for me. By providing a training program specifically designed for you, which targets areas of the body you want to improve. This can be for body fat loss, muscular size or strength and they can all be altered slightly so that when your goals change, we can easily adapted to them.

Having the best diet possible with the right training program. Having the right diet is the foundation of getting results in the gym because without the right amount of nutrients you body can't grow properly no matter how hard you train. Not getting the right amount of protein, calories and/or micronutrients holds back the body from making the adaptions necessary to better your performance.

I love the fact that I'm helping people achieve the body of their dreams, whether this is people making lifestyle changes to better their health or people who want to grow their muscles. Everyone has their own personal goals and I love being part of the journey.

I was drawn to the idea that, as a self-employed personal trainer, if I helped just one personal achieve their goals, I could make a big difference in that one persons life.

It is important to choose a personal trainer or online coach who actually cares about your goals and listens to what you want. Helping you to achieve your goals is my number one priority. As my client you will receive a custom-designed program that will help you specifically achieve what you want. You will have your say in it too; if you don't like an exercise, we can take it out or if you know you already like some we can incorporate them in. Most importantly, throughout the entire journey I will be there to support you, no matter how hard it gets.

I can provide my services online. We may not be able to train together but we can have a working partnership online that still gets you to your goals. If you have some questions about an exercise, I can send a video on how to do it correctly. We may also have 1-2-1 meetings every week, two weeks or four weeks. Depending on the level of help you need we will go through any changes that may be necessary and review how you're getting on periodically.

I respect my clients concerns and when requested take extra precautions using face masks and frequently applying hand sanitiser. The gym also has cleaning stations for sanitising gym equipment.

Services

Get 1-2-1 sessions with me that will get you to the results you want. weather this is losing fat, building muscle or getting stronger we can achieve that together. Doing so with a tailor made program to get you there.

Designing a training program made just for you, you use that program to make your goals come true. Along with meetings every week, two weeks or four weeks, we will discuss how your getting on and if any changes are needed.
For extra motivation, I'll contact you before you gym sessions to make sure you do go and have a good workout.
