They sent a letter saying I owed money from 2 years ago, which I didn’t, they threatened court proceedings and gave a payment date which was a date before I had actually received the letter. Rang to speak to someone but was added to queue, waited 3 minutes and asked for a call back; non received. I called the next day and waited 10 minutes in the queue and got to position 1 and then just said to leave a message for a call back; non received. Totally unprofessional outfit. The 7th time i have called them urgently today, twice yesterday & promised to receive a callback, so far nothing. If I could give no stars I would, sent a letter claiming I owed money threatening with bailiffs and court judgements & when calling them nobody answers and you get cut off terrible service total joke of a company and to put they are disappointed that nothing has been paid how dare you put that!!! Avoid at all costs. You are better off not moving than trying to move with this company representing you. All the way through the process we have had zero confidence that Tom (the 'solicitior) knew what he was doing. We had no communication and it was only because we queried why things weren't being done that they happened. Just when we thought we were ready to move it turned out there were multiple queroes outstanding with our buyers. For one of these queries, we were advised by Tom to take out indemnity insurance, which was actually resolved by a 10 minutes phonecall by me. Basically we were being fobbed off. Having finally moved, it took 7 months of constant chasing to get our purchase registered with the Land Registry. Had we had not known better and not chased it would not have been done. Now we are waiting to be sent the documents relating to our move and have been promised multiple times and now are beimg ignored. The fact we have heard nothing after leaving a voicemail with their complaints team says it all. I'd like to say that they done case once you have paid, bit actually they never cared. I would give them zero stars if I could. You'd be better off doing the conveyancing yourself than using these cowboys. More...

Seem a bit dodgy. They sent me a letter demanding money with no details of why I owe it. When I called the energy supplier they were working for they said I owed nothing. Looks like phishing with a letter.
