I have given Service Master a 5 star rating as their service and professionalism are second to none. Whether it's their usual cleaner or a stand in cleaner the service provided is excellent.
The staff are very friendly too.
The management are in regular contact to check we are happy with their service, which I like, as this shows they care about their customers very much. I am on first name terms with their staff and enjoy their regular telephone calls as it very much feels like I am talking to a friend.

Service master have been brilliant for our setting, a nursery environment where cleanliness is paramount to safeguarding the children. We have really felt the benefit of a professional service. We explained what we wanted and they train their staff up according to how we would expect. The staff they employ are fantastic and trust worthy. Very important when handing your keys of your livelihood over. The staff will text with any information regarding the setting if needed and there managers often call or visit to ensure we are happy with the service.Our practitioners clean every day but don't have time for the deep clean such as skirting boards etc. Knowing our children are learning and playing in a clean environment is fantastic.
