Oh my god! We have just had our photo shoot with Serenity. Kelly was amazing, so warm and friendly but very professional. She involved all of us in what shots we had in mind and asked about our preferences . She was lovely with our horses and very respectful to their limits (one WOULD NOT go in the sea!!) The after shoot service was brilliant, we were involved in the process and when it was time to be able to view the gallery it was easy to navigate. Kelly was very happy to deal with any requests or queries I had and the finished photos speak for themselves!
