My mum had not been happy with previous groomers for her three year old Jackapoo Rosie. We found Serenity through FB recommendations. She was overdue a cut and also was desperate for her claws to be clipped since lockdown. Rasa spoke with my mum on the telephone and explained about her particular cut. We dropped Rosie off and Rasa called about two hours later for us to pick her up. She looked beautiful and exactly how my mum wanted her to look, Rasa had taken notice of all my mums worries. Serenity use all natural products and temperature controlled softened water, Rosie not only looked lovely but her coat was soft and smelt amazing.
