We used Serendipity Street caterers for an afternoon tea affair on July 24. The organisation was last minute from our side - 2 weeks before date of event (a hen-do) in New Malden. Stephanie from Serendipity Caterers swooped in and helped us out although she already had an event to cater too that day. She sent over a reliable member of staff who drove 3 hours to deliver us food and beautiful china for 20 people. Stephanie was also happy to provide us with extra plates and teacups as we had more guests added to the affair a few days before.The food was received very well - I personally enjoyed the vegan sandwiches!I paid the full amount in advance to secure the booking. While I had initial reservations about this, as it's quite a commitment, there were literally no regrets at the end of the day.If I were however to change any details, it would just be to 'spread out' the sandwiches on more display dishes for impact. This is a minor observation that I guess can only be requested by the client (as the only party aware of spacial setting, to be fair).I would be delighted to use their services again and have earmarked Serendipity Street for future catering jobs.
