A home for creativity and adventure through movement. At sequoia we offer aerial, floor and strength based fitness classes, designed for those who want to explore and discover the full extent of what their bodies are capable of.

We offer personal training sessions which include individually tailored fitness programmes that challenge, motivate and unlock potential as well as Group fitness and training classes that focus on strength and conditioning aimed at building stronger more agile humans.

This place is awesome. Just go along, give the classes a go and you will be hooked. Sarah, Adam and their team of talented trainers have it just right and they have fostered a community of members that are supportive and fun to train with. I attend Ruths hoop class on a thursday and absolutely LOVE it! In the few weeks ive been going ive gained so much confidence on the hoop already and have learnt how to transition from one move to another! I did my first partner acro class yesterday which was so much fun! Liam & Maya are so lovely & really put me at ease.. I cant wait to do it again next week I've also been chatting with Sarah about my goals & the type of training I enjoy and she's been really supportive & encouraging. I have only been training with Sequoia Movement for a very short time but I absolutely love it! This type of training is very new to me and it is pushing my body to do things It has never done before. The coaches are inspirational and are super friendly, supportive and motivational during each session.
