I recently joined Luke's kickstarter 6 week programme with the goals of reinvigorating my exercise routine, getting my energy back and toning up. As someone that didn't feel they had a lot of pounds to lose, I am amazed at the results I am already seeing from three weeks of training with Luke. Not only do I love the early morning training sessions, which seem to give me much more energy throughout the whole week, but it's given me the motivation I needed to become much more conscious about what I put into my body so that it not only looks good but is nourished with good stuff!Luke always keeps an eye on everyone in training and gives us encouragement and tips so we can get the most out of our workouts - the vibe in the gym and the class is great!I put on a skirt today that I used to feel like I was squeezing into; it fits so well, and I've only just got going. I joined see more fitness over a year ago as a complete beginner in preparation for my wedding, I have seen some amazing changes since starting both physically and mentally. Training as part of a group has given me the opportunity to meet some great people and all sessions are fun and varied. After trying to going solo and trying to do the gym myself, I either couldn't drum up the motivation or stay interested long enough to form a routine. Working out at the gym just wasn't my thing. It wasn't until I was recommended Luke at See More Fitness by a friend. I took the plunge and did the 8-week course...well worth it. The experience was great and the workout while tough at first, over the weeks, you can really feel the difference. With Luke's guidance alongside like-minded people, the time flies as you work through varied circuit ranging from weight-training, cardio all adding to a full body workout. You're knackered by the end, but after returning home and begin to relax you'll feel better about yourself for powering through and getting healthier. Having joined See More Fitness earlier this year I can honestly say that I’m thrilled to bits with the results I’m already starting to see! The variety of exercises and great group atmosphere have helped to keep me super motivated with both my diet and the daunting task of attending the gym multiple times a week. Love my spartan sessions with James, I’ve never ever been a morning person especially to go to the gym at 6.15 but look forward to the sessions and have so much more energy now that I do regular exercise! Can’t recommend this enough!

I joined See More Fitness just over 2 weeks ago and I am absolutely loving it!! Luke, along with each and every person at the bootcamp sessions, have made me feel incredibly welcome. Such a friendly and motivating environment! My strength and fitness levels are already improving and I’m certainly doing exercises that I wouldn’t dream of doing before. The nutrition plan is a fab added extra and Luke is only a message away if I have any questions at all. I strongly recommend the bootcamp sessions, each one has been completely different to the next ...... wish I had started sooner! More...

I’ve been going to Seemore Fitness for over a year now, I originally joined an 8 week Bootcamp 5 months after having my second baby with the aim of doing something for me, and losing some of the weight I had put on! I had tried the gym but found I did the same thing time and time again. I love Luke’s sessions because they are so varied, and you don’t have to think about what to do or how to push yourself, over a year later I’ve never done the same work out twice and Luke is always there to push you that little bit further with a heavier weight or encouragement and targets. In a year I am healthier, fitter and it has encouraged me to get into other things such as running which I’ve never enjoyed before. My body shape has changed, I’ve lost 2 stone and I’m confident I will maintain the loss with the changes I’ve made with the workouts and support from Luke. It has Also worked wonders for my mental health, I’m always less stressed and happier after coming and I’ve made a group of friends I now see at and outside of Bootcamp! More...

I have been going to see more fitness for nearly 4 months now, and I can’t thank James and Luke enough! I have previously struggled with weight loss and since joining I can see a significant change in my body shape while also losing body fat. The spartan classes I attend are friendly, motivational and encouraging making those 6am starts more bare able, the classes allow everyone to progress at their own pace, with James supports and encouragement to push yourself further. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to lose weight, tone up or gain muscle strength. More...

I love it ❤️ what more can I say, I had been looking at joining see more fitness for a while before I finally made the commitment 3 months ago and have not looked back. I am up at 5.30am three times a week doing the early morning spartan sessions at 6am with James. I have noticed a massive improvement in my fitness, strength, energy levels and have reduced my dress size . The classes are friendly and James always makes the workout enjoyable while pushing you to meet your goals. I would defiantly recommend. More...

I joined See More Fitness in January 2016 and can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. It must be because I’m still going and I’ve never stuck at any form of exercise! What an amazing first week!! I had been thinking about joining Luke at See More Fitness for a while but never took the final step however this summer I did and what a step it was! I have loved every minute of it so far. Luke has been great and clearly has a passion for his job and fitness. I am looking to get fitter/healthier and fit back into my size 12 jeans. Joined see more fitness 9 weeks ago at ground zero. I’d often tried the gym and classes but just never stuck with them. I love See More Fitness. I’m doing 4 sessions per week most of which are before I start work at 6.15am! I know this isn’t for everyone so there are plenty of other times available however for me when I finish work I know I’ve already done my exercise for the day. Luke and James are full of enthusiasm and motivation whatever time you attend, they make you believe you can even when perhaps you think you can’t. You are in a group but everyone is supportive and we are all working at our own pace pushing each other along. Every time we attend the session is different and always challenging. I genuinely look forward to attending. If you’re looking for somewhere to improve your fitness, strength, stamina and reduce your weight get yourself along to See More Fitness everyone welcome whatever your ability. I joined See More Fitness about 3 months ago after a year off from regular exercise after moving to the area and chronic Achilles tendonitis. I didn’t want to join a gym again as it was too easy to lose motivation and then not attend. I haven’t looked back since joining See More Fitness. Every class is different but equally as challenging as the last. It's the fastest hour of the day. Every class seems to fly by. I’ve noticed an improvement in not only my energy levels but how I feel mentally and physically. My tendonitis since starting training regularly has given me fewer issues even with the explosive movements that used to stop me dead.

Luke and James and the other members have been amazing and very supportive and are always ready with words of encouragement. As a music fiend, I can’t stop singing through the workouts, which gives me more strength to push myself even further. I have to travel for work a lot and miss the atmosphere and the workouts but haven’t let that stop me as I now have a workout plan from Luke that I can do anywhere which is great.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend See More to anyone thinking about joining. I didn't know anyone when I first started and that worried me at first but everyone has been so welcoming. If you’re worried about not being able to do the exercises or you’re too unfit, don’t. There is always more than one variation of every exercise and you can do more than you think when someone is encouraging you to just try one and see what happens. If you try one class, you definitely won’t look back.

Joined See More Fitness 3 weeks ago and enjoying every minute. James and Luke are so good at ensuring you get the technique right to get the best out of your workout. The other people in the class are super friendly and enthusiastic and ready for a chat and a laugh. I would recommend this gym if you want a friendly, happy, well run place to exercise and really feel like you are going to make a difference to your fitness levels. More...
