Service was second to none! My house alarm unexpectedly went off at around 12am and Alex was more than helpful in making sure it stopped. To be so helpful and sincere at such an inconvenient time shows a lot; I was able to turn the alarm off and get back to sleep when without him I would've been completely stuck. He was able to make something that would've been extremely difficult much easier and I couldn't thank him enough. After fixing the issue I was a little concerned about what the price would be, but even then the price for his service was fantastic too.
