What do you love most about your job?
I have been in fire and security industry since 16 years old, working for some of the biggest companies in the fire and security industry (Chubb Fire & security, Secom plc), I love working in the fire and security industry I always have since the day I started, I love that each day is different one day I'm installing CCTV, next day I'm installing or servicing a fire alarm.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for some of the biggest companies known in the Fire and Security industry you would think you would be safe with them and pay their prices without second thinking but there were too many customers who were left without a working intruder alarm or CCTV for far too long, I was ashamed to put the uniform on! At that point, it was time to make a change and that's why I created Secure Security.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are many reasons why, but the main that people keep coming back to me is because of the price and communication that I offer. 24 hours round the clock I'm on the other end of the phone, I'm working until the early hours of the morning, emailing, quotes and working on the social media pages and then up and out early to head out to the jobs. I am 100% invested in Secure Security if a customer isn't happy I will go above and beyond to make sure they are!
Within the first 3 weeks of setting up Secure Security, I have already signed 1 contract to be partners for intruder alarms, 1 contract for CCTV and another one for a monitoring station, All of these are only obtained with time in the industry.
