What inspired you to start your own business?
After joining a gym 10 years ago and going through my own journey in fitness, I found that some of the most satisfying and rewarding moments were helping others to progress

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Keeping safe relevant distance during 1-2-1 training, ensuring for the time being clients use their own equipment to avoid potential cross contamination and offering video chat for people who may feel uncomfortable training in person

I am based out of Saffron Walden so offer in person training for people up to 5 miles away, people bases beyond that I can offer effective video training sessions for cardio, conditioning or strength workouts.
