A Personal Trainer with a view to helping you to understand and set your goals, understand how to achieve them and give you the tools to do so. I believe fitness is for everyone of all ages and there's no one size fits all approach.
I have personal experience of working on everything from strength and conditioning, through to cardio improvement, body transformations and losing weight.

I can provide training either via video chat (WhatsApp, zoom etc)

Keeping safe relevant distance during 1-2-1 training, ensuring for the time being clients use their own equipment to avoid potential cross contamination and offering video chat for people who may feel uncomfortable training in person

I offer 1-2-1 sessions, either in person or via video chat.
I am based out of Saffron Walden so offer in person training for people up to 5 miles away, people bases beyond that I can offer effective video training sessions for cardio, conditioning or strength workouts.
