I offer counselling and therapies to those who are in need of emotional support. I have over 15 years experience in helping people and pride myself on my ability to tailor sessions to the individual's needs. I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation, so you can decide whether you would like to start therapy with sea hope counselling. Therapy can be face to face or online.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have a Covid safe therapy room where I adhere to all requirements. I also offer online therapy to those who cannot come for face to face or may be shielding or vulnerable.
