Booked 3 rooms for an overnight stay before a family day out at Port Lympne . Seabrook house is a lovely traditional B&B with lots of character. All 3 rooms were spot on. Clean spacious and comfy. The family room on the top floor is massive and my children loved it.|The staff were extremely friendly and more than willing to help in anyway they can. We recieved a very warm welcome.|Breakfast was very tasty also. I cannot fault our stay and we will definitely be back More...

Nothing was too much for the very friendly staff, we stayed for three nights and loved everything minute. Breakfast was awesome and I especially loved the fried eggs! Close to a small town and 10 minutes from Folkestone and it’s electric nightlife. Also an absolutely perfect spot to stay if you’re planning on using the channel tunnel etc! More...

We visited Seabrook House for the second time this summer and were happy to return. Excellent spacious family room, clean, powerful hot shower, comfortable beds, fans in the room so it was lovely and cool in the heat. The hotel also has a sizeable off road car park, so parking was never an issue. Makes a striking and welcome change from the 3 hotels we have stayed in in Folkestone for a similar price - (they were all dirty, noisy and had poor bathrooms as well as no parking). We look forward to our next visit! More...

This a very nice and classical place to stay .||It is easy to find with ample parking and is clean and well maintained throughout . ||There is a surprisingly well stocked bar when you go in (especially if you are a gin lover ) with a good choice and variety.||The restaurant was very good - clean , tidy and plenty of room .||The food was very tasty particularly the homemade burger and chips (a very nice and unique chilli mayo accompanied this) and there was plenty of choice on the menu .||The young man Matt that was working seemed to be everywhere at once and nothing was too much trouble for him . Great attention to detail and to guest satisfaction .||Overall a fabulous place ! More...

Breakfast was good. Shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold with nothing in between. We reported this and that the heated towel rail didn’t work. We were immediately offered another room but declined as it was only a two night stay. The bed had no headboard as the headboard was still attached to the wall behind the wardrobe. The bed appeared to have been moved to avoid us looking straight up at the water damaged ceiling. A little tlc on the property would not go amiss. There seems to be a new owner since the previous trip advisor reviews. Overall an ok stay. More...
