I bought my first guitar 1 year ago went straight to learn from Youtube and got so much frustrated in the process that I end up quitting.
Then I started having lessons with Santiago who is a great teacher and the solution to the problem I was having. I couldn't be happier on how much I have progressed in only 6 months of studying with him. Now I understand why is important to learn something right from the
beginning and all the years and frustration I have saved by doing that. Would recommend Santiago lessons to everyone that wants to gain results in their playing fast. His method is easy to follow, very organized and my playing keeps getting better and better!

I started learning to play the guitar about 6 years ago using a famous “teach yourself” membership page full of courses but was making slow progress until I found Santiago on Instagram.
I was dazzled by Santiago’s honest and straightforward manner and the fact he didn’t offer instant, overnight success like most of other teachers and websites were offering. I was so impressed that I contacted Santiago right away and was lucky enough to find he had a slot available and was invited for a trial lesson. I enjoyed my first lesson so much I immediately signed up to start lessons with him.
Since I started lessons with Santiago my guitar playing has improved exponentially and I can now play music that seemed impossible when I was trying to teach myself. Santiago’s teaching style is focused only on the student, with every lesson tailored to my needs, there is no more any generic, one size fits all approach. I find Santiago’s lessons very easy to understand with clear explanation and demonstration of techniques.
Santiago does not only focus on technique however, he also provides coaching on how to learn and how to practice to get the maximum benefit from each lesson.
I look forward to my lesson with Santiago every week and I am inspired to practice and improve. If you are serious about improving your own guitar playing, I highly recommend Santiago as your personal guitar coach.

I have been studying with Santiago for approximately the last 3 years. Before I started lessons with Santiago my playing had hit a rut.
Didn’t have any progress at all and I was beginning to really doubt if I could play the guitar.
Before Santiago I had been to a couple of guitar teachers and all they wanted to do was go through their own program that wasn’t fitting my needs and not teach me anything about technique or music theory. I literally stumbled upon Santiago's web site and thought that I would give it one more try since what he was offering was very interesting. It was the best thing that could have happened. Instead of a guitar teacher I found a mentor!! And now I'm able to play along to my favorite songs with confidence and in time!!!
Would recommend to anyone who is serious about getting good with the guitar and is looking for the best teacher out there.

I'm feeling stoked and refocused today about the lesson I got from Santiago!
I've been playing for 37 yrs and he tipped in the a neat little way of practicing sweeping.
I really appreciate the lesson we had. We talked about a lot of stuff pertaining to my technique but what I liked was he was getting down to the root of my problem with sweep picking.
My old nemesis had kicked my rear for way too long. It's time to slay this dragon.

Santiago is a great teacher, his approach to teaching is fantastic and he makes the process very enjoyable!
One of our lessons that particularly caught my attention was about string bends, his approach and demonstrations are very entertaining and didactic.
I can clearly see myself improving week after week and love the fact of having Santiago as a mentor helping me constantly in becoming a great guitar player.
Would recommend to anyone on the fence about starting guitar lessons and looking for the ideal guitar teacher!

I'd been playing guitar for 15 years but I wanted to improve my lead playing and my overall knowledge of the guitar. I came across Santiago while searching for a guitar teacher on the web.
Since our very first meeting Santiago was extremely professional. Rather than just get me in to have one more student like many other teachers do, he started off by helping me to work out some goals for my playing.
From then on each lesson was carefully planned suited to my needs.
He uses his years of experience and playing very well to help his students achieve their goals. Since I started lessons with Santiago my lead playing improved significantly, as well as my improvisation skills and my understanding of rhythm.
Apart from being an amazing teacher, Santiago is helping me towards being independent in my learning which in the long run this will lead to build my own voice on the guitar.
I would highly recommend Santiago as a teacher for any guitar players serious about improving their playing.
