On Saturday we had a double celebration for our daughter’s third birthday and baptism, and we engaged Rumbi to organise the reception for almost 60 people. She managed to absolutely transform the rather small and drab church hall into a beautiful and elegant room for the celebration. Everything was perfect—the gorgeous setting, the delicious food, and the friendly and polite service from her staff. Rumbi’s attention to detail is amazing and she is clearly both a gifted and very experienced reception organiser. She made the whole day so easy for us – we just had to turn up at the church hall, enjoy a fantastic celebration, and then head home with happy but tired children while her team cleaned everything away and left the hall exactly as they has found it that morning. That to me is the best feeling in the world, that is why planning an event from start to finish is the most satisfying of all.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Attending events and working in events Rumbi always knew that she could do this for herself, seeing someone happy and enjoying themselves is what has made her continuously push to have her own business. There is nothing worse than having an event whilst being the host and not being able to have fun, hence why event planners are the best as they take on the stress whilst the host of the event gets to enjoy everything with their friends and family.
