Colin has been walking our Boxer dog Brucie since he was a young puppy. From the moment Colin first met Brucie, they have been the best of friends! Colin went out of his way to get to know Brucie and have quality time with him, building his trust and affection very quickly. Colin has always gone over and above to accommodate our needs and personalise his service to suit our requirements. Colin is flexible, reliable and has become a good friend over the last few years and we could not have asked for anyone better to put our trust in. Brucie is always delighted to see Colin when he arrives, struggling to contain his excitement when he hears his van arrive on the drive! It is his favourite time of day and he always comes home a very happy and tired boy having enjoyed a fun walk with his friends! We could not recommend Colin highly enough and feel very fortunate to have received the recommendation from a friend to meet with him when Brucie was a puppy. The most important thing we were looking for was to find someone we could trust to take care of Brucie and keep him safe. Colin has looked after our beautiful Labrador Retriever for the past 2 years and I have no hesitation at all in recommending him. It was a very difficult decision to hand over to someone else some of the care of walking Elsa but health and work made it a necessity. Having been recommended by another of Colins clients I contacted him and he came to meet Elsa and myself at home. We talked through various points regarding the service he offered but most of all I observed how he was with Elsa and she with him. He let her come to him and was so calm, gentle, firm and kind and she liked him......and so we began having Colin walk Elsa on a regular basis. She looks for him through the front window on his days and am sure she knows his footstep on the pathway before he reaches the door......rushes to get him a toy and then he opens the door and off goes one very happy dog. A couple of hours later a very happy dog returns having played with friends, swum in the lake, bounced through mud and settles down to snooze for the afternoon.On a practical note Colin has always been 100% reliable, always gives us fair notice of any holiday he may be taking and is very respectful of our home making sure all is locked up after he leaves. He always dries Elsa off if need be and makes sure she is fine and settled before he goes and most importantly she has had a fun time walking and playing with the other dogs in his charge. For me the best recommendation I can give for Colin is to say that I leave Elsa with him knowing that he will care for her as we care for her and that he would do whatever is right for Elsa in any circumstance. She has such a fun time and if I happen to be at home on one of Colin’s days I watch her trotting off with him, tail wagging and not one look back for me!!! Colin Scott has been taking care of my black and white Staffie, Buster, and my little tan & white Jack Russell, Scamp, who can be a bit naughty at times! for the past year.

Over that time Colin has been extremely trustworthy and responsible, and has done a wonderful job with Buster and especially Scamp.

They cannot wait to spend time with Colin, and they come home happy and tired from their walks.

Colin has also taken excellent care of our dogs while we are out of town on extended trips, which provides invaluable peace of mind.

I would highly recommend him to everyone as an excellent dog walker and carer.
