Scott was absolutely fantastic! He was very comfortable with everyone and very discreet when needed (during the pre-wedding prep in the room for example). We didn't even realise sometimes when he was taking pictures, he managed a very candid look and the result was amazing. He put us at ease for the couple photos, and knew how to shepherd everyone efficiently for the group photos without being bossy. We knew Scott was the right person to capture our wedding shortly after he arrived at our home. We had already admired the shots on his website, but the photography was one of the main things we knew had to be right and so we were anxious about it. Within 5 minutes of meeting Scott we were put at ease. He calmly took us through the day as he saw it and let us talk through our important points too.On the day, at the church and Quex Scott was barely noticeable - and this is good thing! - he went about his job unobtrusively and just let us get on. When directing Katie and I, we never felt rushed. During the evening, when he saw us getting a little frayed, he took us off for a 15-minute walk around the grounds that really calmed things and took some beautifully intimate shots.As Katie hadn’t wanted shot of her prep, Scott kindly agreed to stay later at his photo booth, which was a huge hit with our guests!When the photos came back it was wonderful to see just how much of the joy of the day Scott had captured. They were amazing! As soon as we met Scott we both felt really comfortable and asked him to photograph our wedding. On the day it felt like Scott was another friend joining the celebration, our guests commented on how nice he was and how they didn't notice him taking photographs and we felt the same way. We had the most fantastic day and the photographs capture so many wonderful natural moments that could have been missed, the group shots tell just as much of a story and they are so much more than we imagined and we will treasure them! Scott Kendall, exactly what you want in a photographer. He was amazing. Let me start by saying how difficult it can be to find someone who will capture your day the way you dream it to be caught, you want to trust and know that they will capture those shots, be where they need to be, be organised, not cost stupid amounts of money and actually be apart of your day. Jonathan and I got married at The Bull Hotel, Wrotham on the 26th of May 2019 . Scott was recommended to us by the Bull and having looked through his great photos on line we booked him . Every aspect of his service from start to finish was brilliant . He is an amazing , talented photographer and a true professional .We had total faith in him and felt confident that he would capture all the pictures we wanted and more ( nice not to feel worried about this in the build up to the wedding ) His booking process throughout is thorough and easy and with a couple of informal meetings before the big day we knew we had chosen the right man for the job ! We haven’t even seen all of our wedding photos yet and I can already fully recommend Scott! He’s an excellent photographer and a really nice guy. He notices all the little details that make your photos the most beautiful and He manages to get great photos when you don’t even know he’s taking them! Well we met Scott Probarly over 2 years ago! He was meant to photograph our wedding June last year and due to certain circumstances we had to change the wedding for a year forward, he was amazing, didn’t moan once just rebooked us! We found Scott a wedding Fayre and just loved his natural photography, which he certainly has done on our big day! He was amazing very patient on the day especially as I can be very demanding with group photos! He was also a babysitter and a waiter for a while haha! It was also the hottest day of the year and he didn’t moan once! I would highly recommend Scott to photograph your big day! We’d seen Scott’s work previously at a relative’s wedding and loved the final photos, so he was our first choice for photographing two days of wedding ceremonies and parties for us. Scott was in contact regularly in the lead up, listening to our wants and more importantly the ‘don’t wants’. On the day(s) he was professional, courteous, not intrusive but got all the shots we wanted – and more! Scott did the photography for our 3 children's surprise 30th Murder Mystery party. Scott was very efficient in getting back with a quotation and kept in touch to ensure the evening went as we had planned. The party was in November so our task was for him to make the party guys have a very special entrance so Scott and all guests were there with flash cameras going to give the red carpet entrance feeling, which he pulled off brilliantly. We were then after some photos in the garden so with lights at the ready Scott took some very special pictures of the party guys and their guests.....even if it was a little chilly! He stayed quite a while mingling with the guests taking shots of the murder mystery as it unfolded during the evening but was never imposing, quite the opposite actually as he is such a friendly helpful guy. We had the photos back very quickly and there are some fantastic photos of the evening and a lovely present to our 3 children to remember the special night, they really love the photos We had lots of guests commenting on what a lovely person Scott is and loving the photos he has taken too. I would 100% recommend Scott Kendall photography. We hired Scott for our wedding day photography and from start to finish he put us at ease, and helped us understand not only how our photography will work but our wedding overall. Scott went above and beyond for our wedding and never shyed away from helping with issues non photography related issues also to the point in the end he ended up being more of a guest than just the wedding photographer. Scott recently photographed our wedding at Marleybrook House and was amazing from start to finish. From our first meeting with Scott, he was extremely professional, enthusiastic and thoughtful and took the time to get to know us. He maintained contact throughout the run-up to our wedding and was prompt and thorough. On the day, Scott was fantastic. It was the hottest day of the year, complete with a spectacular thunderstorm in the evening and none of this phased him. We used Scott after many months of research for the perfect photographer for our wedding. I have to say he exceeded our expectations. Apart from his work being absolutely stunning, his personality really made our day. Our guests all complimented on how they felt relaxed around him and how polite he was. He is very enthusiastic and he got on with everyone. To be honest as a bride he made me feel so much more relaxed and made me giggle. He spent all morning amongst all the family and just blended in as if he was one of us. We thoroughly loved having him about. We really cannot recommend Scott highly enough. Neither of us are normally that keen on photos, but Scott managed to get so many wonderful shots - even at a December wedding! Not only are they beautiful photos, but somehow he managed to capture the atmosphere of the day, and so many subtle moments and memories that really pass in a second and cannot be orchestrated. Scott recently was our photographer for our wedding at Oakwood house. Scott was so helpful and accommodating throughout the lead upto the wedding, regular meetings with him and numerous emails to ensure we was all set for our day. Where do I start! From day one of deciding to book our wedding photography with Scott he had brilliant communication and kept us well informed! He took the time to meet us at the venue the day before when all the hectic set up was happening and got a better understanding of the types of shots we wanted on the day. The turn around time has been brilliant and we are beyond happy with the photos- on the day he was friendly and made everyone feel at ease and all of our guests commented on how fantastic he was at being unobtrusive but still managing to get some great group and family shots!
