Scotree

Scott came out in thick snow on a Sunday to rescue my cat who was stuck up a very high monkey tree. He arrived within the hour, and was professional and amazingly good-humoured as he negotiated freezing weather, falling snow, an unforgiving tree, and a frightened cat. He talked me through everything he was doing, showed concern for both my cat and the preservation of the tree, and got my frozen boy down safely. His call-out fee was extremely reasonable considering the circumstances.
