Billy and his men did a excellent job on my front driveway they arrived on time and worked non stop from start to finish they lifted my old mono blocking and laid tarmacadam with mono edge, the best part is there is no maintenance, I would highly recommend Scotia paving and will be using them again when I get my back garden done

Initially a good service, great sales pitch and the guys were very hard working. We experienced a few issues throughout the build which they rectified whilst on site.

We've since got a list of snagging issues and the company are not responding. I have been promised a call back now on several occasions and nothing. The company are now not responding to phone calls, voicemails, text messages, facebook messages ... I've even emailed video evidence of the issues and received no acknowledgment.

They give you a 15 year guarantee but we can't get a hold of anyone to sort our issues 15 days after completion.

I sadly wouldn't recommend this company and we will now need to pay further costs to get another company to rectify their mistakes. Extremely disappointed. More...

I am extremely disappointed with the paving company's work in my back garden. The whole structure sunk and it is not level with the rest of my patio. The edges of all the, supposedly new, slabs are damaged, cracked, and far from new. It is clear that some corners were cut in the process. The lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, especially considering the amount we paid.

In addition, the lack of communication and constant rescheduling is frustrating and unprofessional. This further adds to the disappointment and frustration of the entire experience.

Furthermore, the lack of integrity from the company is unacceptable. The company did not take responsibility for their mistakes and did not make an effort to make things right.

Overall, I would not recommend this paving company to anyone in the future. We feel let down by the lack of quality workmanship, attention to detail, communication, and integrity. More...

Had plenty of quotes from other company’s but when I called scotia billy arrived and explained everything perfect he was very positive and friendly guy so had a deep thought about which company to use and I had chosen scotia and I am delighted that I did because I now have a dream driveway so thank you again and my advise to any one is use this company it’s a no brainier

Had billy come out and give me a price real down to earth guy explained everything and every detail about the job so had a long think about it had other prices but this guy and his company is fantastic friendly fast effective it will be a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For me if any body is thinking about using this company is is a no brainier Grate guys !!!

My garden was terrible, top couple of inches previously had loads of stones in it as well as concrete and bricks. I asked "Raymond McIntyre" for the garden rubble to be removed and the grass re-seeded.

Although a fair bit of rubble was removed, this company completely fobbed me off by leaving a load still in there and then even bought some "screened" topsoil that has rocks the size of a fist.

They told me the grass had been "sprouted" and seeded. I never saw any application of seed nor can I see any in the soil. There are some "tufts" of grass appearing, presumably these are the "sprouts" but this soil seems like it could have been dug from anywhere and those tufts could just be the grass from wherever it was dug from.

When I complained about the standard of work I was threatened with them leaving 60+ tonnes (more than what was removed) in my driveway.
