My wife and I bought a house in Ralston with intentions of doing a double extension and a full remodel of the property. We got a quote from a few heating/plumbing companies and decided to go with ScotFlow. Scott was reliable and friendly throughout the process and gave us options and information with things like radiator type, position and the pros and cons of each option. In the end we had to reuse the existing boiler, but had all new piping, lagging and, radiators, bathroom furniture and external work done. We will get a new boiler when our finances recover and will give the job to ScotFlow without shopping around. As a footnote, we were happy to leave Scott with a key for the house during the project, which isn't something we would normally do (my wife in particular) but we felt confident that he was honest and trustworthy. I have used this plumbing company on several occasions, with it being from a small enquiry, of drainage not working to getting all my radiators fitted and boiler soon to be serviced. I generally cannot recommend this company enough, I dealt with Scott, who is very informative, always has time to assist even if he's stowed under and always brings a new meaning to customers come first. Price wise for the work, I happy to say from my experience with plumbers he cannot be beaten. More...
