Had a sports massage today, done by Sam and I can highly recommend! Sam listened and gave me treatments to best suit me and my needs. Sam was very reassuring throughout, making me feel very comfortable, while highlighting weaknesses and took her time to explain how to fix this. Very much appreciate the time taken. I can highly recommend Sam, I had a constant pain in my lower back which to be honest was getting me down as I was restricted in what I could do. I would highly recommend SCB HealthTherapies, I got treatment on my back which i was in a fair amount of pain and my movement was limited. Sam is very friendly and did a brilliant job what got me back to normal in no time, I’ve had sports massages with the hot stones and had the treatment with the cups which both i would recommend also i have been given exercises and stretches to do at home to aid recovery which has helped massively.
