Did a job for us in 2019, problems appeared approx three months later. We spoke to Keith and he said his employee was responsible.
The employee did come back, but problems still are there. Then we found out the firm had gone in liquidation.
It now appears he has set up under the last firms name in Appleton thorn. No phone number ,but e-mails have gone unanswered. We are now taking legal advice. Also I notice most good reviews are from before the firm on Knutsford road went into liquidation.

Fabulous service from start to finish. I ordered a Lugarde log cabin, Keith helped me through the size, and design process with ease. Delivery of the product was on schedule, with a super efficient courier. Martin and his team arrived the day after to fit everything, to the highest level. Can’t fault anything 10/10. We recently had Keith and his team install a log cabin for my dog grooming business. From the second we enquired Keith has been brilliant. His non pushy sales technique is a breath of fresh air. When first enquiring we weren’t sure what we wanted and how we wanted it too look. Keith gave us genuine advice rather than trying to push the most expensive products he had on us. Which some companies had already done. Keith has kept us up to date throughout the whole process and would regularly ring throughout the process to make sure we were happy. Often ringing out of hours if work had carried on a bit later in the day. We couldn’t be happier with our finished product. It’s better than we could have ever asked for. What a transformation!!! I cannot recommend Keith and the team at Scape57 highly enough. I ordered a new Phoenix Garden Office in December, i was desperate to have somewhere quiet and separate from the house to work. The site survey was prompt and i was provided with a quote to remove the old shed, lay a new concrete base, armoured cable for power with sockets and lights and the amazing new Garden office. The groundworks were completed very quickly and to my great satisfaction a week before my new workshop arrived.The Office has become indispensable for running my business from and also a great place for hiding from the wife with a few beers and the lads. I got scape out for a quote and quickly felt reassured, so I gave them the go ahead to start on the agreed date. They completed the work quickly and very thoroughly, I was impressed by kieths attention to detail. I am over the moon with the end product and would never want grass again, should of done it years ago. My son can’t wait to get home from school and go out and play footy in any weather. I have had a great experience with Scape57 who have laid a Royal Grass artifical lawn for me. Keith is personable and knowledgeable. He arrived at the time he said, and the two guys who did the work on the day were punctual and pleasant. The price was within my range, and I was able to chat with Keith about price, quality, different varieties etc in a language I could understand rather than lots of jargon. There has been a lot of rain since it was put down, and I have a very wet garden. However, the grass looks as good as new and no puddles have formed, so the drainage is working nicely. It looks like a real lawn and I am very pleased with it. The materials and skip arrived on time, and Keith arranged everything. I would have loved to have given him 5 stars, but unfortunately, the only thing that has let Scape57 down is that two weeks later, I still have a very large bag of hardcore sitting on my drive. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about artificial turf, and especially the Royal Grass option. More...
