Sam is a top bloke and a great coach! He has enabled me to achieve things which I never thought possible. My strength, mobility and technique has improved tenfold. I have been able to apply any transferable skills back into the gym hugely improving all Olympic and technical lift PBs as well as complete bar muscle ups, ring muscle ups, handstand walks and double unders... all of which... is very cool. I highly recommend Sam, he is incredibly knowledgable, passionate and professional and he goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients achieve their goals and targets as well as making steady progress throughout the sessions. I am hugely grateful to Sam as he has kept me working hard throughout his varied, fun sessions and he has also kept me on track with my diet and calorie tracking, helping me to lose weight (3 stone) which has been class! I was lucky enough to of won a PT session. Sam helped me with my skipping technique, walking away achieving two double under skips!

Secondly Sam helped me perfect my technique at snatch, I've always hurt my shoulders doing this. I managed to do 2kg heavier than my before 1rm by Sam breaking down the move into sections.
Lastly Sam looked at how I was doing my TTB currently which were hurting in my shoulders. And showed me a good exercise I can include in my warm ups to strengthen my shoulders and explained the importance of getting the technique right and build more muscle!
Brilliant coach and so worth it! Will be using Sam again when I'm struggling with any of the Olympic lifts
