Stratton March respopnded quickly to my request to replace our antiquated sedurity camera system. Simon from SM came quickly and made a comprehensive survey of the site and the existing system.
He gave every indication of technical competance. His quotation arrived promptly and was very competitive. The installation was quick and included a demonstration of the monitoring system. Simon said that he, too, would monitor the system remotely, which he has done. He caught a problem before we did; resetting the system cleared it with no further problems.
Altogether an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SM.
