Average price but thankfully the blinds (now they have been refitted by myself) are what we wanted. However, poor communication, vague time slots and then the blinds not being fitted as discussed, means I wouldn’t recommend this company sadly. First I paid my deposit, then to be told days later what I wanted was out of stock, but managed to find an alternative myself. Then at 11am on the day of fitting, I messaged to check what time they would be arriving in my time slot of 11:30-1, to be told it would be more like 1ish. He arrived around 2:30. Granted this was due to unforeseen circumstances but these circumstances weren’t new, and in fact were due to 3 days prior. Then, as I was running late due to waiting for the fitter, I failed to properly check all the blinds and found out they weren’t fitted as discussed. I was made to feel like I was the one who made the mistake, so decided to reinstall myself and call it a day. More...
