Natasha is amazing! I love the way she is able to adapt exercise routine in response to my needs. She is my fitness guru on so many levels.

I had a Zoom session with Natasha on Zoom and it felt like I was unlearning everything I knew about fitness so far! She really takes her time to make you understand why posture and form is so important. I have had personal trainers before and have worked out in group settings but no one took their time to tell me that some of my movements were not right. Highly recommend Natasha and her services!
