I can cater for all styles however I personally adore character, period houses and furniture can really tell a story. An antique piece can really bring that wow factor to a room, it has beautiful craftsmanship and is one of a kind. As a family we love being outside and so in our home we've brought the outside in and have been inspired by nature and landscape in the spaces we've created. Colour makes me happy, it energises me and so whilst we don't have a psychedelic house I have used bold colours in spaces to make an impact. And finally, good storage brings me joy, we have a dog and a toddler, I couldn't survive without it. Storage can be beautiful too, at the moment I'm a fan of old wicker hampers and baskets which are great storage for toys and books.

I love finding out about people, listening to their stories and discovering those small things that put a smile on their face. Understanding what makes a client tick ensures I design a space that works for them and showcases their own individual style.

've always had a creative flare and Marketing was my first real passion but from the moment I bought my first house in my early 20's, Interior Design has been my dream. For a number of years I worked at Sky rising through the ranks to Marketing Director and then Managing Director of the Gaming business. After being with the business for 14 years I decided to take a sabbatical to enjoy another passion, travelling.

Well the Pandemic put a swift end to that dream but everything happens for a reason. Richard and I got our lovely pooch Ruby just before lockdown and we also fell pregnant with our son Ralph. The Pandemic gave the World time to reflect and I was no different, it was time to follow my dream and become an Interior Designer. I re-trained, qualified at the National Design Academy, got married and launched my own business, Sarah Sutor Interiors.
