After a 26 year break from piano playing I took the plunge and started lessons again. Sarah is a great teacher and has made it easy for me to start back, picking up from where I left it all those years ago and letting me pick pieces of music I enjoy listening to try and tackle along with other tuition pieces to enhance my knowledge. She has plenty of patience, knowledge and experience. Can highly recommend Sarah for tutoring both adults and children. More...

Sarah is fantastic and is able to engage our daughter (who is a fidget) in every class in person and online. Her approachable personality is amazing and my daughter looks forward to her class every week.

I have been having piano lessons with Sarah for a number of years and started as a complete novice. I have always found her to be very patient and an excellent teacher. Now in lockdown my lessons are conducted via Skype which is working very well. More...

Sarah has been teaching our daughter, Alice, for over three years. Alice loves going for her weekly lesson and she has already passed her Level 1 Theory and Practice and also her Level 2 Practice, all with Sarah's help. Sarah's patient and enthusiastic approach really works well and Alice always comes away from her lessons feeling good about her achievements. We would highly recommend Sarah if you would like your child to learn the piano. More...

After many years of wanting to learn to play the piano, I finally took the plunge at aged 50 and was very lucky to find a great teacher in Sarah. She has patiently taken me from a complete novice to being able to read music and play a variety of popular and classic tunes - I still have a way to go, but have benefitted from Sarah’s enthusiasm, patience, and passion for teaching - highly recommend for all ages and abilities. It was always my intention to learn to play the piano, but there always seemed to be something else to do. So, finally aged 50, I took the plunge and was very lucky to find a great teacher in Sarah. Having no experience of music, except, some distance ago school classes, Sarah has patiently, guided me through learning to read music and play a wide variety of tunes, at my own pace. I choose not to take the grade route, but over the last two years have thoroughly enjoyed Sarah’s style of teaching, tips, advise and continued encouragement throughout our weekly lessons. More...

I highly recommend Sarah. I started lessons with her about 8 years ago as a mature student with no previous experience. Under Sarah’s incredibly patient and professional guidance I passed my first exam within a year and am now at Grade 5. Sarah is an amazing teacher!
