I took my children for a photo shoot before Christmas. From the minute we got to the studio it was a very relaxed and family friendly environment. Nothing was rushed and I was so so happy with the photographs we got of them. I also had them printed at the studio a few weeks later which was really convenient. Sarah is an excellent photographer on many levels. She is capable of bringing out the best in everyone. Her pictures are taken with clarity and done in many different ways to get the best look. She has a very keen eye and see's the bigger picture. I have been going to her for all my daughters' milestones, newborn, christening, Halloween, Christmas, 1st (cake smash) and soon 2nd birthday, as well as 1st passport photo that met regulation and was able to be digitally attached to the application. had the most wonderful experience at So Studios, from initial contact all the way through to the beautiful final photos. Sarah was welcoming and engaging all throughout the process and really understood what we wanted and within our budget. she was even flexible when we had to reschedule due to a kiddy illness, which was so appreciated! the studio on epping high street is warm, inviting and relaxing; perfect for anyone trying to photograph small children! it’s even equipped with sofas, refreshments and toys, which is great for all involved. As a mom, she is incredible with kids and has such a way of putting all ages at ease and getting the best out of even the most uncooperative toddler participants! there are tonnes of props and staging items around to give your shoot different looks and she has a great eye for when to introduce different items. what could have been very stressful was such a fun and joyful experience and we all left with smiles on our faces- a miracle for 9 people, 3 generations, including a 1 year old. the final photos were even more than i could have hoped for; so natural and really capturing the happy energy we had bringing the family all together that day. i’m now struggling with where i’ll put them all! i am not a fan of getting my photo taken, but it was such a lovely experience, i will be returning to get a new professional headshot when budget allows, as she offers a wide range of shoots for all occasions. i could not recommend Sarah and So Studios highly enough; especially for capturing those special family moments. a huge thank you and looking forward to making them a regular part of our family events in Epping over the years. After looking about at several places, we came across so studios, we had a large request which was a really reasonable price and professional all the way. This studio was so welcoming and you felt no pressure in leaving or arriving at a certain time. Sarah really captured so many amazing memories that we can cherish for a lifetime. SO studios is just fantastic!! The studio facilities are lovely and so versatile there are so many options for backgrounds. I am so happy that So Studios has arrived in Epping High Road as we were very happy with our lockdown doorstep photos, now we know where to find Sarah all the time! She is extremely talented, creative and provides so many options, you will always find the best package that works for your needs. I have also used So Studios for my product photos and Sarah was the only photographer who managed to get around the issue of the curved and extremely reflective surface, through clever angles and professional editing. Sarah is extremely warm, relaxed and makes you feel at ease instantly. She is a fabulous director and knows how to capture you in a flattering way, be it natural or posed shots. She is very savvy with social media and has transformed my Instagram business account with her lifestyle shots. I can’t say enough fabulous things about SO photography. She’s professional but laid back and relaxed allowing you to laugh and feel right at home in her studio while knowing you’ll be getting quality photos.
