About

Hi! My name is Sarah and I am an accredited Life & Career Coach. I work with women to help them transition into jobs that they love and build portfolio careers. I help them find clarity, fulfilment and purpose in their career, and take them from feeling stuck and unfulfilled to back into alignment with their values and clear on their future career path.

Prior to becoming a Coach, I worked as a Business Analyst in the City for nearly a decade, on large-scale transformation projects for a range of corporates and charities. Like many women, I worked hard, ticked boxes, but was still unhappy and lacking purpose. After experiencing burnout, I discovered coaching which I credit to be the transformational catalyst that turned my life around and helped me to create a portfolio career on my own terms. As a trusted expert in my field, I now work with women who are on a similar path, through my 1:1 programmes. I believe that we all have the power to write our own story and taking the first step towards change is often the hardest, but will open doors to the unimaginable. I hold an Advanced Certificate in Coaching Practice, accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC).

- I help you get there quicker. If you've been going round in circles or staying stuck for longer than you want to be, I can help you make that change faster than if you did it alone.
- I give you a tried and tested structure for your ideas and plans, and I help you to overcome your blockers and limiting beliefs that will show up along the journey.
​- I ask the right questions so you can get the rights answers. I can read between the lines, see your blind spots and help you to gain insights about yourself that you may not have picked up on as you're so close to the detail.
​- I stop you from making the same mistake again and help you stay accountable so that you're not in the same place you are today in 6 months time.
​- I have also walked the same path you have been on and come out the other side, so can completely emphasise with what you are going through.
