Sarah is a very good listener and picks up situations that need to be explored. She is very good at offering solutions and follows up with an email summarising our video call with suggested links to book clubs and meditation aps. Highly recommend.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I feel, particularly in recovery that there is not enough support out there. I also believe that people can’t access the right support because of affordability. I want to make support accessible for all. You’re worth it.
