Q&As

I love helping and supporting people to cope with the challenges of life and to become more aware of their emotions and unconscious processes.

I have trained for four years and work as a freelance counsellor at a local centre and starting my own business is the next step on my journey and will enable me to help and support more people.

I have a Diploma in Psychodynamic counselling and have previous experience volunteering as a counsellor and as a Samaritan and working as a self-employed counsellor at a local centre. I also have an interest in meditation and mindfulness.

I can provide services online using zoom or over the telephone.

I will ask customers to wear a mask in the communal areas of the building and supply hand sanitizer.
