I normally absolutely love the place, but NOT impressed with the new rules, you tick boxes and hand a sheet of paper in for starters and then a sheet for main course, not much selection and restricted to each course, then received tiny amounts of food with no option to have more of what you like, yet still charging the same full price of £16. 99 , will not be going again until it goes back to all you can eat service. left still feeling hungry ! got sat in a corner, fair enough its quiet in the corner but had to keep calling them over to get refills as they kept forgetting about the people in the corner. waited another 10 minutes each time then 10 minutes for someone to notice we were finished! personally think they need more staff More...

booked a table over a week ago and they cancelled our booking on the day we were going why was it because it was for 2 of us and not 4 annoyed is an understatement just money orientated in my opinion won't be visiting again

Went here last night been looking forward to trying this place as been when it was Flavours and it was fantastic this certainly wasn't. They say u got to sanatize each time u went up and ppl clearly wasn't following this rule. No social distancing when waiting for your food. The staff didn't have a clue. There was ques all over the place. Ppl started to help them selves as they got sick of waiting. Not a big selection of food at all. When u got food from one work station by time u qued for another your food was cold! The man on the main station was very rude to my niece when she kindly asked for abit more lamb rogan josh he picked the lot up and said this good enough which she replied of your going to be like that then yeah! Don't even bother queuing for a naan bread trust me ur curry will be cold by time it's done! Had a stir fry freshly made for me never asked me what flavour/spice when everyone else was got it back to my table and was tasteless! Only good thing was 2 for 1 cocktails that tasted great but food hell no! Curries extremely watery or oily! Ribs were solid not enable at all. They forgot to bring our cocktails at one pointed waited 20minutes then had to remind them no sorry etc. Was better when it was flavours this place hasn't a clue how to cook/serve food! More...

-1000 stars, so i came here with my daughter who's 9 months old, everyones keeps 2metres distance and everything is being clean cant dispute that, we ended up waiting 15 minutes for our drinks to realise the gentlemen had left our drinks on another table then realised then put them on our table and walked off, we would of been unaware untill the people behind us made us aware, then the man came back over asked if we wanted new ones insted of the ones left! the manager then came over to me and said the drinks are made and left before giving them out anyways so to her this wasn't a issue i explain if she would be happy her drinks left on another table and failed to answer, will be going to trading standards and never returning avoid More...

Great service despite Covid staff trying their best just wish some customers would stick to keeping distance. Food was fresh and plentiful even for lunch time there was plenty of choice and staff were quick to refill the drinks and clear tables.

The styff attitude terrible, she just drop it the cutlery on the table not on a napkin and she hold it without gloves .By the grill the man was so rud and the pork was so raw we couldn't eat it. Never going again.

Went with a large party 18 adults an 1 child an the service was slow the staff rather rude an then to top it off they charged us nearly £300 when the bill should of only been £235 even went the bar were it stated 2 4 1 on cocktails yet I was charged £10 for 1

I’ve visited quite a few times with absolutely no trouble. Always had superb service, Food has always been great and fast service but last night was atrocious. A group of ten of us came in for some food expecting the same standards as the last few times. Very much mistaken. Half the food was cold, ribs had no meat on them. Curry was watery, some food items were very salty and was inedible. But the major setback was one of the staff members attitude towards us when we paid the bill. We paid just over £140 in cash and the rest on card. We left the premises only for a member of staff to run out after us and state that we haven’t paid the full amount, in which we did. We had the bill receipt and the card receipt to prove we paid the bill in full and we showed this to a staff member but still said we owed them an extra £6.90. £6.90 for what exactly? I’ve always been a huge fan of this place but after last nights experience, I don’t think we will be dining here again. I’m not bothered if the food was below average, I’m more concerned about You trying to overcharge us for nothing. You gave us the bill and we paid the bill in full. Don’t try and add more money to a bill that’s already been paid. You might of got away with it with someone else but not us. Very disappointing as we used to come here once a week, even twice a week so well done Saphari, you’ve now lost ten regular customers and we won’t be returning until staff are trained properly and until they know how to correctly calculate a simple bill. Visited for the second time today after our previous visit was good. Today was a let down in comparison we waited 20 minutes for a empty glass for the refillable drinks had to keep asking, now to the food it was very basic not much choice today the spare ribs had barely any meat on them and very tough the chicken wings were bright pink undercooked, very watery curry and very salty it was inedible also the stations were running very low and had to wait for them to be topped up again also waited a long time for plates to be taken off table although there were a lot of staff just wondering about. we’ll try it once more as one good time one bad if it’s like today again we won’t return.
