We had the unfortunate need for urgent security to monitor our mixed use building, after recently finding squatters had taken possession.
Sanzen Security responded quickly and were engaged to monitored our building on a 24hrs basis, providing daily reports of activity.
After careful and professional negotiations from Mo of Sanzen Security the squatters vacated peacefully, without the need for us to proceed down the IPO route.
We are very grateful to Mo and his security team for the reassurance that they gave during this very distressing episode.
