25 years ago I felt like my whole world was falling apart. A broken relationship, dealing with the death of a loved one and an unclear and unsatisfying career that was causing me a great deal of anguish and stress. I was fortunate to find a coach to help me navigate my way through with clarity, take full responsibility for my results, achieve the life I desired and become the best version of myself.
