I’ve had lower back pain for months - waking me at night and limiting my enjoyment of physical activity and life. After three treatments with the Chiropractor, Charlotte Dahl, the improvement is highly significant. Each session is a full half hour, she really listens and has used a combination of massage and manipulation. She has a lovely, calming manner which puts you at ease and relaxes you before manipulation. I’m almost back to normal and it is such a relief not to be in pain just doing everyday things. I was in a lot a discomfort with an ingrowin toenail that got really infected , i called sands they got me in with in a few days really helpful and friendly staff, i seen Bethany who was lovely she did the treatment on my toe, i was in and out with in 30 minutes of the treatment. A week later after my follow up appointment my toe is looking much better, really happy how everything has gone. More...
