Been speaking to Sam quite a lot recently regarding nutritional advice as since the start if the year I have been focusing on positive changes to my lifestyle and in particular what I eat as part of these changes. This transition has been greatly aided by the endless stream of knowledge shared by Sam and with this in mind, I could not recommend Sam enough when it comes to nutritional advice as since making these these postive changes supported and implored by Sam, I'm now starting to see results in my physical and mental health goals. Sam was great when I got started in the gym and tended to differ from other trainers in the commercial gyms. Given the work I done with shifts and long commutes he was always trying to accommodate me

Having been diagnosed with osteoporosis and deciding not to take prescription drugs because of the side effects I was looking for an alternative. I contacted Sam and he created a specific programme to help strengthen my bones that was tailored to my individual needs. This included resistance training and core strength coupled with nutritional advice and a diet to support bone density. Working with Sam has been life changing for me. After battling years with several chronic health conditions and struggling to get the advice and support I needed on how to manage these via nutrition and exercise I decided to give Sam a try. It was our initial call that made me think he’d be different to what I’d tried in the past, he was super knowledgeable and explained how my specific conditions were impacted by nutrition, from day one he has always been 100% tailored to me and my conditions there’s no generic plans thrown at you. This continues throughout your coaching, check ins are thorough and completely tailored to you and your goals, if he doesn’t know the answer he will go away and research it as much as he can and always finds a solution. In less than 6 months I’ve lost 2 stone - something I’ve struggled to do in the last 7 years. This is purely through him educating me on my body, my needs and continually having my back. He never stops trying to encourage you, sending relevant articles, guidance and tips and is always there to help. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my pain levels and this is the biggest achievement for me as I never thought results like this would be possible through nutrition alone. As a type 1 diabetic, I have to prioritise my health and fitness. My health has always been paramount to me. The goals I have achieved within my own health and fitness, and also others such as friends and family, has allowed me to realise the path I want to take in life - helping others.

I have always gone against the grain and focused on the root-cause of a problem. I not only take you on a journey to achieve the results you're looking for, I educate and support you at every step so that you will never be in doubt as to what decision you make surrounding your health and fitness again.

Health & Fitness Behaviour Change Coaching is delivered online. No more needing to meet outside or in a fitness facility at a specific day and time, battling conditions such as weather, traffic and not to mention the availibility of kit in the gym. Online coaching gives you more freedom, flexibility and the ability to focus on many more areas than just exercise.

As Health & Fitness Behaviour Change Coaching is delivered online, these services are not applicable to Covid-19.
