My name is Sam and I am a person centrered counsellor working with a broad range of issues. This includes experience supporting children, young adults and their families in education settings and working with trauma and neurodiversity. I also work for a charity that offers a holistic range of support services for survivors of abuse and violence .
I understand that the first steps to begin counselling may be daunting for some, that is why within my practice I can offer a warm, empathic and confidential environment. I can help you feel at ease, welcome you into the counselling space and offer you a chance to explore difficult feelings and emotions. My approach and therapeutic relationship are focused on supporting you to find a way forward that works for you in your particular life and lifestyle. I will listen, hear you and together we can work towards positive change.
