Porchetta - a traditional dish made with a Yorkshire twist.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I discuss individual preferences and build up a bespoke menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Working for myself. Being creative. Meeting different people. A love of good food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After teaching for 30 years I decided I wanted to do something more creative. This business combines my interests in Italy, food, floristry and photography.
