Well mannered, well trained and even well dressed!

He's never late to a session and pushes you to achieve the best you can, while tailoring my training plans and PT sessions around the times I have free.

I starting using Mr Tonks training services for a few weeks now and I've dropped four pounds.

Second time training with Alex. He is a great PT who knows exactly what he is doing. My University life kept me from exercising properly for almost 2 years, but Alex helped me get into a healthy routine that didn’t conflict with my study schedule at all. What works for one person won't necessarily work for everyone.

However, by following my advice, exercise and nutrition plans you will be put in the right direction.

The closer you follow, the better the results.

I love changing people's lives. Whether it is helping someone manage diabetes, losing weight or building muscle.

I don't like how some gyms are all about making money. To them, a client is just a few pound signs. Trainers in those gyms rush from one client to the next. This can often lead to the client feeling uncomfortable and unwilling to return.

I work closely with my clients to get them the best results possible. I also get to understand them on a personal level, yet maintaining professionalism at all times. This allows for a friendlier yet focused atmosphere.
