Hypnotherapy

Wow! I've just had a mind-blowing session with Saira. I was feeling completely desperate when we spoke. She managed to calm me down during our free call and she fitted me in straight away online. There's growing scientific evidence that it boosts the immune system and strengthens physical health. It also appears to help rewire our brains to think more creatively and positively. I can apply it in relation to therapy and will also offer instruction in regular self-practice. Regular practice can literally transform your life.

I trained with the renowned Stephen Brooks in this method of applying traditional Buddhist principles to psychotherapy. This is a gentle but extremely effective way of working on a range of problems from anxiety, to insomnia and hopelessness. It's a brief therapy that in 5-6 sessions can provide focus, hope and a way forward to a better future.
