People love to moan!!!! Not been rude but my family and I spent xmas day at the saffron and I can't fault a thing they catered to everyone's request despite it been a set menu they made whatever we all wanted from the main menu also at no extra cost! Well done all the staff at the saffron thanks for a lovely day.As I side note we live locally and also have take away food from these guys Portion sizes are good foods allways piping hot and tasty and when we do sit in the staff are great we have 4 kids under 5 so young children are always made welcome in my opinion. Food was not good - came as part of a party with pre-ordered food so should have got it right but they didn't. What I got was more like a chicken stew, certainly not a chicken and mushroom balti and certainly not a chicken and mushroom bhuna, which is what I actually pre-ordered! !!! When I pointed this out to waiter, he offered to 'make it into a bhuna'?!?!. Very disappointed as I have been here previously and had nice food!!!Updated 5th Jan 2019 - decided to give Saffron another chance due to having good food here previously.
